Our products are manufactured to the highest standards

Sleep design 25cm mattresses are guaranteed for a period of 10 yrs against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship materials or assembly.

The cover on the mattress is guaranteed for one year against defects in material or workmanship

The guarantee-warranty will not apply if:

• The product has been used for any other purpose that it’s specified uses.
• The product has suffered malicious damage.
• The mattress is in a soiled or stained condition.
• The product has not been correctly stored.

Repairs or alterations have been carried out without written approval from Sleep Design Ltd

If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present an invoice or sales receipt as documentation of your purchase along with the returned guarantee form.

Guarantee subject to product registration with Sleep design within 30 days of receipt of your product.

Your Mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects.
